Round Hill Elementary School was recently awarded the American Heart Association's Heart of Gold - Top 25 Schools Award for their support and commitment to the association's mission of ensuring equitable health.

Round Hill recently raised more than $4,000 in honor of one of their students who has had multiple heart surgeries. 

The Heart of Gold award recognizes the top schools across the Central and Southwestern regions in Virginia that raised funds in support of the American Heart Association.
