Families of students who ride the bus may download Zum’s app to:

• Track your student’s ride in real-time
• Receive pick up/drop off notifications
• View driver and vehicle information for each ride
• And receive support if you have questions

It is important for families to download and sign into the app in order to track your student's ride and be notified of any delays.

All students receive student ID badges within the first two weeks of school. Students who ride the bus will use their badges to ride the bus. These cards help keep everyone safe and on the right bus.

Please note: Starting September 2, students must have their ID to ride the bus. Students without their ID card will not be able to board the bus!

Here’s how it works:

• When students get on or off the bus, they tap their badge on a reader near the driver.
• This lets the bus drivers and school staff know each student is on the right bus.
• Parents and guardians will be able to track their student’s bus, know when their student has boarded and exited the bus, and receive automatic notifications of any delays.

Each badge has a special code. When tapped, the badge sends this code to a tablet on the bus, letting it know who the student is. These cards are not GPS devices and cannot track movements.
