Roanoke City Public Schools (RCPS) works to keep its branding clear and consistent. Any outside group must receive approval before using an RCPS or school logo.
Examples of reasons a logo may be requested:

Event flyers, banners, or posters

Websites, social media, or email messages

Promotional items, shirts, or signs
Guidelines

Do not change the logo’s colors, shape, or design.

Only use the approved logo files provided by RCPS.

Keep enough clear space around the logo so it stays readable and do not place it on a busy background.

Usage is approved for one-time use only, unless otherwise noted.
Requesting Permission
External organizations must receive approval from the Communications & Marketing Department before using any RCPS or school logo. Please complete the form below to request logo use and to receive a high-quality logo file. We will respond within 24 business hours.
