New bus routes will be implemented the morning of Wednesday, October 7 for Roanoke city students. This weekend Mountain Valley bus drivers will practice the new routes and provide input regarding any final changes that need to be made. RCPS administrators will finalize the routes based on driver input on Monday.
All students will receive an updated and individualized routing sheet on Tuesday. The new routes will be posted on the division’s main website at www.rcps.info . On Monday, an automated telephone message will go out as another communication tool to keep parents informed. Again, the new routes will be implemented on the morning of Wednesday, October 7.
