The event also highlighted our talented students from Patrick Henry and William Fleming High Schools.  The marching bands and choirs from both high schools came together to perform throughout Convocation.

Masestro David Stewart Wiley of the Roanoke Symphony was the featured speaker.  He commented on the school system's great Fine Arts Programs.  He performed the title track from "The Sound of Music" with two William Fleming students.  "This morning, Roanoke is alive with the Sound of Music," proclaimed Wiley.
