For Patrick Henry, this year's focus is orphans from Congo.  The art students receive a photo and then paints a portrait of each child.  Ms. Fowler says the project allows these orphans to finally have something of their own.

For the Patrick Henry students, it gives them perspective in life and makes them think about others.  The Memory Project will make sure each child receives the portrait.

This is the 8th year Patrick Henry High School has participated.  The school covers the entry fees.
