21st Century Programs accepting students

Dance troupe at Lucy Addison Middle School21st Century Community Learning Centers provide plenty of learning and enrichment opportunities for students after school.  The program is free for students enrolled in Roanoke City Public Schools.  Students receive dinner at each location.  Here is a list of some of the enrichment activities:

Bricks 4 Kids STEM workshops, YMCA Kids Fit Program, Salsa Club, Teen Cuisine, Step Club, Hip Hop Club, Photography Club, Science Museum of Western Virginia STEM workshops, Boy Scouts, Kimoyo African Culture workshops, Jefferson Center Music Lab, and Apple Ridge Summer Camp opportunities.


We are still accepting students at the following schools:

Garden City Elementary (meets M-F 2:30 to 5:00 p.m.)

Hurt Park Elementary (meets M-F 2:30 to 5:00 p.m.)

James Breckinridge Middle (morning program M-F 7:25 to 8:25 a.m., afternoon program meets M-F 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.)

Lincoln Terrace Elementary (meets M-F 2:30 to 5:00 p.m.)

Lucy Addison Middle (meets M-F 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.)

Morningside Elementary (meets M-F 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.)

Roanoke Academy (meets M-F 2:30 to 5:00 p.m.)

Round Hill Elementary (meets M-F 2:30 to 5:00 p.m.)

Stonewall Jackson Middle (meets M-Thursday 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.)

Westside Elementary (meets M-F 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

William Fleming High Schools (meets M-Thursday 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.)

Woodrow Wilson Middle (meets M-F 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.)
