Pre-Season Sports Physicals

Medical providers at Carilion Clinic are teaming up with area high schools to provide pre-season physicals. They will be held on Saturday, May 18 at one convenient location, the Institute for Orthopaedics and Neurosciences -- 2331 Franklin Road in Roanoke.

A completed VHSL form is required with a parent signature or a parent must be present during registration.

Carilion Clinic does not charge for these exams; however, individual schools may require payment. This is determined by each school. If payment is required, a school representative will process the payment.

8:30am Franklin County High School, Northside High School

9:00am North Cross School, Roanoke Catholic

9:40am Glenvar High School, Faith Christian School

10:20am William Byrd High School, William Byrd Middle School

11:00am Cave Spring High School, Lucy Addison Middle School, John Fishwick Middle School

11:30am Hidden Valley High School, Hidden Valley Middle School

12:10pm William Fleming High School

1:00pm Patrick Henry High School, Northside Middle School

1:40pm Breckenridge Middle School, James Madison Middle School, Woodrow Wilson Middle School

2:00pm Central Academy Middle School, James River High School

2:30pm Lord Botetourt High School, Walk-ins

1. Athletes must sign up during their school's time slot as shown above.
2. Athletes/Schools will not be allowed to enter the building until 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time.
